During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence from— Michael Clancy OBE, Director of Law Reform, Law Society of Scotland; Dr Emily Hancox, Lecturer in Law, University of Bristol; Charles Livingstone, Partner, Brodies LLP Solicitors; Professor Alison Young, Professor of Public Law, University of Cambridge; Dr Kirsty Hood KC, Faculty of Advocates. 3. Northern Ireland Protocol Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider a draft report.
