During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private. 2. Pre-Budget 2023-24 Scrutiny: The Committee will take evidence in a roundtable format— Jim Hollington , Chief Executive, Dance Base Scotland; David Avery, Negotiations Officer, Prospect; Kirsty Cumming, Chief Executive, Community Leisure UK; Julia Amour, Director, Festivals Edinburgh; Janet Archer, Chief Executive, Edinburgh Printmakers (on behalf of Scotland's Workshops). 3. Scotland's Census: The Committee will take evidence from— Angus Robertson, Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, External Affairs and Culture, Scottish Government; Paul Lowe, Registrar General, and Peter Whitehouse, Director of Statistical Services, National Records of Scotland; Penelope Cooper, Director of Culture and Major Events, Scottish Government. 4. Consideration of evidence: The Committee will consider the evidence heard on Scotland's Census.
