Correspondence: The Committee will consider recent correspondence. 3. Pre-Budget Scrutiny (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1. 4. Bail and Release from Custody (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a list of candidates for the post of adviser.
