1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 6 in private. 2. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Companies Act 2006 (Scottish public sector companies to be audited by the Auditor General for Scotland) Order 2019 [draft]. 3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Less Favoured Area Support Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/98); Loch Carron Marine Conservation Order 2019 (SSI 2019/101). 4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Air Weapons and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2015 (Commencement No. 9 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2019 (SSI 2019/99 (C.2). 5. South of Scotland Enterprise Bill: The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's response to its Stage 1 report. 6. Planning (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider further the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.
