1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 7 and 8 in private. 2. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider whether the following instrument has been laid under the appropriate procedure and given the appropriate categorisation— Insolvency (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 [draft]. 3. Document subject to approval: The Committee will consider the draft Scottish Social Security Charter. 4. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Insolvency (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 [draft]; Drug Driving (Specified Limits) (Scotland) Regulations 2019 [draft]; Sheriff Court Simple Procedure (Limits on Award of Expenses) Amendment Order 2019 [draft]; Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 (Modification of the Repairing Standard) Regulations 2019 [draft]. 5. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Miscellaneous Amendments and Revocations) (Scotland) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/391); Foods for Specific Groups (Medical Foods) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2018 (SSI 2018/392). 6. Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the Scottish Government's response to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 7. South of Scotland Enterprise Bill: The Committee will consider the contents of a report to the Rural Economy and Connectivity Committee. 8. Report on instruments considered during the second quarter of the parliamentary year 2018-19: The Committee will consider a draft of its second quarterly report for the parliamentary year 2018-19.
