Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Common Financial Tool (Scotland) Regulations 2018 [draft]. 4. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Special Restrictions on Adoptions from Ethiopia (Scotland) Order 2018 (SSI 2018/272). 5. Children (Equal Protection from Assault) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 6. Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the contents of a report to the Health and Sport Committee. 7. Vulnerable Witnesses (Criminal Evidence) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the contents of a report to the Justice Committee. 8. Trade Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the contents of a report to the Finance and Constitution Committee. 9. Offensive Weapons Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Offensive Weapons Bill (UK Parliament legislation).
