During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private and whether to consider a draft legacy report and draft annual report in private at future meetings.

2. Evidence from Equality and Human Rights Commission and Scottish Human Rights Commission: The Committee will take evidence from-
John Wilkes, Head of Scotland for the Commission, and Lynn Welsh, Head of Legal for the Commission, Equality and Human Rights Commission;
and then from—
Judith Robertson, Chair, and Dr Alan Mitchell, Commissioner, Scottish Human Rights Commission.

3. Evidence from Equality and Human Rights Commission and Scottish Human Rights Commission: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at item 2.

4. Independent Human Rights Act Review: The Committee will consider a draft response to the Independent Human Rights Act Review.
