1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. 2. National Planning Framework 4: The Committee will take evidence from— Robbie Calvert, Policy, Practice and Research Officer, Royal Town Planning Institute; Jim Miller, Chair, Heads of Planning Scotland (HOPS); and then from— Liz Hamilton, Director of Planning, Homes for Scotland; Ailsa Raeburn, Chair, Community Land Scotland; Clare Symonds, Founder and Chair, Planning Democracy; Morag Watson, Director of Policy, Scottish Renewables; Bruce Wilson, Head of Policy and Advocacy, Scottish Wildlife Trust; and then from— Dr Caroline Brown, Assistant Professor Environmental Planning & Healthy Environments, The Urban Institute, Heriot-Watt University; Professor Cliff Hague, Chartered Town Planner and Chair, Cockburn Association. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Assured Tenancies and Private Residential Tenancies (Prescribed Notices and Forms) (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 4. National Planning Framework 4: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 5. National Care Service (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will give further consideration to its approach to scrutiny of the Bill.
