Appointment to the Board of Environmental Standards Scotland: The Committee will consider correspondence from the Scottish Government. 5. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider a draft report on the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009 (Scottish Carbon Budgets) Amendment Regulations 2025. 6. Ecocide (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider an analysis of responses to its Call for Views on the Bill and its approach to remaining scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
