1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. 2. Section 22 report - The 2017/18 audit of NHS Tayside: The Committee will take evidence from- John Brown CBE, Chairman, Malcolm Wright OBE, former Chief Executive, Alan Gray, Director of Finance, and Dr Annie Ingram, Strategic Director of Workforce, NHS Tayside; Hazel Craik, Head of Employment, Central Legal Office; and then from— Paul Gray, Director-General Health & Social Care, Scottish Government and Chief Executive, NHS Scotland; Shirley Rogers, Director of Health Workforce, Leadership and Service Transformation, Scottish Government. 3. Section 22 report - The 2017/18 audit of NHS Tayside: The Committee will take evidence from- Caroline Gardner, Auditor General for Scotland; Fiona Mitchell-Knight, Audit Director, Bruce Crosbie, Senior Audit Manager, and Leigh Johnston, Senior Manager, Performance and Best Value, Audit Scotland.
