Anas Sarwar S5M-08536 That the Parliament notes the publication of the Auditor General’s report, NHS in Scotland 2017; believes that many of the issues addressed in the report are the result of mismanagement by the Scottish Government over the last decade; further believes that NHS staff and patients alike are being let down by the Scottish Government's leadership of the health service, and condemns the Scottish Government's mismanagement of the health service in Scotland.
