Scottish Information Commissioner Evidence Session: The Committee will take evidence from— David Hamilton, Euan McCulloch, Head of Enforcement, and Claire Stephen, Head of Policy and Information, Scottish Information Commissioner. 4. Evidence Session - Scottish Information Commissioner: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3. 5. Committee effectiveness: The Committee will consider its approach to the inquiry.
