During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Declaration of interests: Bill Kidd, Gil Paterson, Mark Ruskell and Maureen Watt will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Choice of Convener: The Committee will choose a Convener. 3. Choice of Deputy Convener: The Committee will choose a Deputy Convener. 4. Cross-Party Groups: The Committee will consider applications for recognition from four Cross-Party Groups, and take evidence from— Rona Mackay, Member of the proposed CPG on Prevention and Healing of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs); and then from— James Dornan, Convener of the proposed CPG on Combatting Sectarianism in Scottish Society; and then from— Mary Fee, Convener of the proposed CPG on Scottish Gypsy/Traveller Community; and then from— Mary Fee, Deputy-Convener of the proposed CPG on Women’s Justice. 5. Cross-Party Group - approval: The Committee will decide whether to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Groups on Prevention and Healing of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs); Combatting Sectarianism in Scottish Society; Scottish Gypsy/Traveller Community; and Women's Justice. 6. Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland: The Committee will consider a revision to the Direction to the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland.
